The United Nations Institute for Training and Research Programme of Correspondence Instruction (UNITAR POCI) is pleased to offer this web site in cooperation with the UN Department of Peacekeeping Operations Integrated Training Service (DPKO ITS).
It is the purpose of ELAP (E-Learning for African peacekeepers) to offer distance training on peacekeeping free of charge for all African peacekeepers, military, police, and gendarmerie personnel from covered countries.
This peacekeeping training is provided through the generous support of the people and governments of:
